  I have been told numerous times to start my bid at a certain price just to please him. The place he calls the throne is disgusting and would gag a maggot. My outhouse years ago at home did not smell anything close to that. The food is stored in a freezer next to the bathroom which is unsanitary. Even though he claims there is seating for everyone, when there are big crowds there is not enough seating and the capacity is overloaded. He gets temperamental if things don't go his way and he takes it out on his employees as well as the crowd. BEWARE!!

  Worst auction house ever!!! If you need to use the restroom it's cleaner to go outside next to your car! There's No running water in the bathroom which provides you with a portable pot on a very small step. They do supply baby hand wipes that are all dryed up from being left open and the smell could kill a human if you stayed in there to long. Board of health needs to be called because food is also being stored next to the bathroom door in a freezer. Yes they are serving food in this facility!!! For goodness sake are you kidding me. The wife is the most unhappy person I ever seen. Never smiles and does whatever the husband tells her too. Matt is the rudest auctioneer I have ever came across. Yells at bidders because their bids aren't high enough and tells stories about every item making the auction last forever!!! Sells outdated food for his own profit! States everything is BEAUTIFUL NUMEROUS times! Avoid this place at all cost! Save your money and gas and spend it elsewhere. This place needs reported!!! Just because it's a item your auctioning does not make it a new item. Stop stating the purchase price!!! It's not a new item once it has been used no matter if it was used once or twice!!! Also calls bidders in to increase bids. BEWARE!!!

  Please tell me the definition of the word AUCTION, I believe it's when people bid NOT what the auctioneer wants you to... people start a bid an he refuses it because it's not high enough.... so please define the word AUCTION... Thank You .... This auctioneer is VERY rude not only to customers but also to employees. He refuses opening bids from people if it's not high enough, has told people "what do you want to rent it"... There was a bid on an item an the light bulb burnt out he went to another item instead of finishing that one. I honestly don't know how he is still doing this. Everything is either never been used or used once he spends 15 mins telling why the people are getting rid of things they either had to move into assisted living or a spouse passed I'm sorry but that's NONE of anyone's business... Very VERY RUDE !!!!!
